Hal Lynn Glanville was born on January 6, 1912 in Heber City, Wasatch County, Utah United States to Mode Rupert Glanville and Florence (Smith) Glanville, and had siblings Florence Ruth Homer, Mary Naomi Flint, Gerald Scott Glanville, and Douglas Mark Glanville. He married Ruth (Standish) Colt in 1930 in Heber City, Wasatch County, and they were married until Hal's death on June 9, 1941 in Heber City. He had children Jerold Standish Glanville, Joanne (Glanville) Crandall, and Lynndon Ruth Lithgow. Hal Glanville was buried on June 12, 1941 at Heber City Cemetery 680 N 550 E, in Heber City.
