Harriet Lavinia (Simons) Lindorff of Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC Australia was born in 1869 in Wehla, Loddon Shire County to Charles Thomas Simons and Eliza Jane Birtherisel. She had siblings Jane Maria Simons, Ellen Simons Wheelhouse, Susan Henderson Simons, Sarah (Simons) Lindorff, James Simons, William George Simons, and Charles Thomas Simons. She married Julius Theodore Peter Lindorff, and had children Emily Sarah Louisa (Lindorff) Mcpherson, Theodore Julius Peter Lindorff, James Charles Thomas Lindorff, Eliza Jane (Lindorff) Hudson, Ethel May (Lindorff) Lawson, Carl Frederick Lindorff, Ivy Annie Lindorff, William Slade Simmons Lindorff, May Lavina Lindorff, Ruby Ellen Lindorff, Joyce Emily Deal Lindorff, George Albert Lyle Lindorff, and Ada Blanche Lindorff.
