Louesta Annie (Davis) Tuten was born on April 23, 1922 at Nassau, FL, USA in Callahan, Nassau County, Florida United States. She was married to Matthew Todd Tuten in 1941 in Waycross, Ware County, Georgia, and they were together until Matthew's death circa 1963 in Hazlehurst, Jeff Davis County. She had children Robert Monroe Tuten, Vaunice Delana Reep, Laura Diane Collins, and Thomas Edward Tuten. Louesta Tuten died at age 82 years old on August 13, 2004 at Gibsonton, FL, USA in Gibsonton, Hillsborough County, FL.
