    Malcolm was named for his maternal grandfather. He was a hunting and fishing enthusiast and liked to play golf. He wed on June 11,1889 in Stamford, Ct. to Marion Edith Perkins and had 6 children. Malcolm was amongst the 1st of the direct line of Pitts descended from the immigrant Charles Pitt, b. 1794 & d. 1882 to be born in America and all Pitt surname des- cendants living today ( 2015 ) are descended from him.
