    Mr. Vaughn Paul Johnson, 52, a resident of Glendale, died June 30 in Phoenix. Mr. Johnson was born Dec. 11, 1943, in Salt Lake City. He moved to Arizona in 1961. He was employed by HFS, Inc., for 30 years as a sales representative. Mr. Johnson also served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Peggy Lee Johnson; daughter Rachael J. Bradfield; sons Dominic P. Johnson, Lance S. Johnson and Bryce L. Johnson; father Ralph J. Johnson; two sisters and two brothers. Visitation will be Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Lundberg Mortuary White Rose Chapel, 5310 W. Northern Ave., Glendale. Service will follow at 9:30 a.m., also at the chapel. - Arizona Daily Sun Saturday July 8th 1996.
