Anna WEBER of Rochester, MN

I have in my possession an old photograph identified as Anna WEBER of Rochester, MN. The photograph appears to have been taken some time between 1907 and 1916 with Anna appearing to be in her teens at the time the photograph was taken. It appears that there may be multiple options in the area so a photo comparison will be likely. I’m hoping to locate someone from this family so that the photograph can be returned to their care.
