Army Industrial College graduation. Washington, D.C., June 19. Graduation exercises of the 1939-1940 class of the Army Industrial College were held today in the auditorium of the Public Health Service building. An introductory talk was given by Colonel Francis H. Miles Jr., Ordnance Department, Commandant of the school, followed by remarks by the Assistant Secretary of War, Louis Johnson, who also presented the diplomas.
