William Donald "Bill" Vallance born 2 August 1933 in Plaska, Hall Co. Texas and brother Henry Lee "Harry" Vallance born 21 November 1935 in Plaska, Hall Co., Texas. Bill was in the U.S. Army and Harry in the U.S. Navy. They were home on furlough and leave from the Army and Navy when this photo was taken. They are veterans of the Korean War. Harry stayed in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of the Viet Nam War. They are the sons of the late Alvin Russell Vallance of Rison, Cleveland Co., Arkansas and the late Jewel Vivian Medford Vallance Goode of Forest Grove , Oregon. Bill and Harry are Great Great Grandsons of the late Zachariah Hardin Medford and Martha Wilkes.
