Candace Grace Klady
I've "rescued" an old photograph of Candace Grace KLADY of Woodland, Washington. The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with Candace in her teens or 20's at the time. Her parents are also noted as C. L. and Belle KLADY. Based on limited research I’ve located the following information regarding Candace and her family:

Candace Grace KLADY was b. 11 Jan 1881 in Woodland, WA to parents Columbia Lancaster KLADY (1845-1906) and Sarah Isabelle LACKY (1860-1930). Candace had a sister Alwilda May KLADY (1879-1973) and two half-brothers born to her Mother and her second husband, they are Robert GEER (b. 1900) and Cecil GEER (b. 1907). Candace married Herbert Joseph TURNER (1880-1966) and she died 16 Jan 1910 in Lane Co. OR and is buried in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Woodland, WA.

Census records provide the following details:

1900 census of Lancaster, WA:

Columbia KLADY, age 55, born Apr 1845, married 22 years, born MI, parents born NY/OH, a Farmer
Sarah KLADY, wife, age 40, born Jan 1860, married 22 years, 2 children/2 living, born WA, parents born KY/MO
Candace G. KLADY, dau, age 18, born Jan 1882, born WA, a School Teacher

I am hoping to locate someone from this family so that the photograph can be returned to the care of her family. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shelley
