Carrie May Lonigan Hamman
I have an old studio photograph of Carrie LONIGAN which was taken at the Elliott Stockton Art Gallery in Stockton, CA. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Carrie appearing to be in her teens at the time. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Carrie and her family:

Carrie May LONIGAN was b. 18 Oct 1875 in Arroyo Grande, CA, the daughter of Thomas Posey LONIGAN (1843-1933) and Sarah Ann Frances TENNEM or TINNIN (1846-1894) who were married in 1867 in California. Carrie was one of 6 children born to this couple including Jesse Criswell or Chriswell; George Edward; Carrie May; Hattie May; Constance “Connie” Agnes; Thomas Benjamin LONIGAN, all born between 1870 and 1886.

Carrie married Walter John HAMMAN (1873-1941) on 5 May or Jun 1901 in Stockton, CA and she died 21 Mar 1961 in Hillsborough, CA.

I am hoping to locate someone from Carrie’s family so that this wonderful old treasure can be returned to the care of family. If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shelley
