And the short close cropped hair dos with tight curls. The one on the far left is even close to being a late 20s style. That's why I said early 30's. Even the quality of the photography is 20s/30s. The photography in the 40s began to be more sharp focused.

I agree with the 30s. I have my mother's photo from that era with the center part and the crescent moon eyebrows.
