Francis William Daly

I have an old studio photograph of Francis DALY which was taken at the Janson Studio in Beverly, MA. Francis appears to be about 4 years old at the time the photograph was taken, likely in the 1890’s. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Francis and his family:

Francis “Frank” William DALY was b. 7 Oct 1892 in Haverhill, MA to parents Francis “Frank” Henry DALY (1859 or 1860-1914 or 1917) and Maria J. CONNOR (1860-1943). Francis married twice, first to Etta Banks CHAPMAN (1892-1937) in 1910 and later to Florence Mabel JONES (1919-1979).

With his wife Etta they had 5 children including Clayton Earl; William Donald; Shirley Lucille; Thelma Arline or Arlene; Malcolm; and Harold DALY, all born between 1910 and 1932. With his second wife Florence he had a daughter in the 1940’s and two stepdaughters, Mary Frances DURGIN (1939-2000) and Barbara Ann DURGIN (1940-2005). Frank died Sept 1969 in Haverhill, MA.
