1930 Minnesota wedding photo - it's almost hard to tell who the bride and groom are!

Diana Nares my great great grandparents had a triple wedding in the ‘20s! So it would’ve definitely still been common in the 30s as well.
Maids of honor and bride maids often carried bouquets. In fact, I got married (second time) in 1976, and my maid of honor carried a bouquet close to the same size as mine.

this WAS double wedding 1936 a sister ( on left) and brother on right
I was going to say, the bride has calla lillies, while the attendant has roses. I think the calla lillies are more expensive.

Most likely siblings marrying their partners on the same day.
I don't see any family resemblance. Maids of honor and bride's maids often carried bouquets. My maid of honor did in 1977.

The photo I posted in initial comment shows my aunt and uncle...the bride and groom...with their maid of honor and best man. I know for a fact it was not a double wedding.

Bride would be the focus so the lady seated in front.
I would think the bride and groom would be in the forefront of the photo rather than behind another couple. The larger bouquet with the calla lilies would be a good sign, too.

It was a custom for the maid or matron of honor to carry a bouquet as well and sometimes even wear a veil. The photo below is of my Aunt Josie and Uncle Sal (mid-1940's). Clearly, the gown is a giveaway as to who the bride is, but the maid of honor had a large bouquet and a veil. And, of course, the bride was in front of the others with the groom standing next to her.

Probably a double wedding - pretty common in that era, especially if siblings were involved. And those both look like period wedding ensembles.
