Unknown couple from Oklahoma

This photo was found in my grandmother's old photo album. I really have no idea who they are. Most of the photos in this album appear to be taken in the Jackson county, Oklahoma area, but could also have come from the Roger Mills/Berlin area. If they are my family the surnames could be Samples, Sollers, Smith, Meehan, Murphy, Wheeler or others. I am also thinking it could have been a friend, neighbor or teacher of my grandmother. Her name is Irene Meehan Samples.

Does anyone know who this couple is?
