Unknown Wedding Picture

Purchased thethis unknown wedding portrait at a GoodWill store in Franklin, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee.) There is nothing written on the portrait to indicate who this couple might be or who took the photo. Perhaps someone can tell the time period from the wedding clothes. This was the only photo I saw of this couple. Would love to find family who would love to have this photo. The couple looks like they could be very short people or even midgets.


Does anyone know who these people are? Would love to give back to family.
