Charles Oliver DeGarmo Family
A photo of the Charles Oliver DeGarmo Family: Seated L-R Eliza and Sylvia Standing L-R Ulysses, Hattie, Charles, Richard and Eugene -- Charles Oliver DeGarmo was born in Virginia/West Virginia around 1858. This is assumed name as the story is told he was in some sort of barroom fight and either killed a man or seriously wounded him. (His real name is supposed to be John Lannum!) He moved (it is said to get away from the law!) to just outside of Fort Wayne, Indiana where he married Eliza Jane Fusselmam. They had the two oldest children there - Sylvia and Ulysses, and then he got a homestead in western Alger County of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near Trenary (Diffin Location) . There they had a large farm and had the remaining children. If anyone has any information on Charles Oliver DeGarmo, I sure would appreciate you sharing it with me!

Unknown Wedding Picture
Purchased thethis unknown wedding portrait at a GoodWill store in Franklin, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee.) There is nothing written on the portrait to indicate who this couple might be or who took the photo. Perhaps someone can tell the time period from the wedding clothes. This was the only photo I saw of this couple. Would love to find family who would love to have this photo. The couple looks like they could be very short people or even midgets.
Does anyone know who these people are? Would love to give back to family.
