Wicked Witch of the East?
This is a very random photo. I do not know who the woman is, and I do not know why she is wearing a white pointed hat that reminds me of the Wizard of Oz.

These photos seem to be of select areas including Southern California, Chico, Coronado San Diego, Long Beach Pasadena, Yellowstone National Park, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Wyoming, Ogden Utah, and the Continental Divide.
