Michael Rhett Ragsdale of TX was born on September 1, 1957 to Bobby Wayne Ragsdale and Laura Lee (Johnson) Ragsdale. He had siblings Randal B. Ragsdale and Amy Elizabeth Hileman Black. Michael Ragsdale married Michele Myers Ragsdale on March 27, 1990, and died at age 48 years old in April 2006.
