Lynne Wisely criminally neglected and abused her son Joe, forcing him out of the triggering the events that resulted in his death. This story is extremely tragic and could have been prevented. Lynne divorced from his father covered up his death, and failed to notify Joes Father and brother John of his death. They only discovered his death over 4 months had passed via an internet search. Father and brother carry grief to this day.
