Louis Franklin Patton born in Illinois, moved to Missouri with father Zadoc Casey Patton. Married Letha Elisabeth (Phipps) Baker in Barry County Missouri. Lived in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois. Was a miner.

My Maternal Grandfather - George William Patton. Husband of Minnie Louellen (Leonard) Patton; father of 17 children. George William Patton was born October 10, 1898 in Weir City (Cherokee County) Kansas to Louis Franklin and Letha Elisabeth (Phipps) Patton.
George was a miner by trade and worked the tri-state area of Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Around 1940 the family moved to Tulsa (Tulsa County) Oklahoma where George lived when he died August 27, 1953.

Charlotte (Eads) Raines born app. 1833 in Indiana. Married Isaac Rains January 3, 1850. Moved to Iowa where she died January 16, 1920 in Mahaska County Iowa. She is buried at the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa (Mahaska County) Iowa

This is a photo of my Great-Aunt Hazel (Burger) Jackson Wright at her youngest daughter (Hazel Wright) wedding. I am guessing that the older gentleman in the photo is Charles Wright - Hazels' husband, and her daughter Hazel's father. I have no clue who Hazel Wright married nor who the lady beside the younger gentleman would be with the exception of probably Hazel Wright's new mother-in-law.
My Great-Aunt was born Hazel May Burger October 5 1887 in Michigan to Charles Ernest Burger and Hattie M. Stokes. She was the only daughter. Her three brothers were Charles Henry Burger (My Grandfather), Ernest Guy Burger and Jay Wells Burger all born in Michigan. Hazel first married Andrew Jackson with whom she had a daughter named Darlene by; after being widowed several years she married Charles Wright with whom she had a second daughter Hazel Wright. My Aunt died March 22 1971. Any information on the other people in this photo would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

A photo of James Jonathan Youngblood, Great-Great-Great Grandfather, who was married to Lear Jane Elam in Tennessee. He was born June 28, 1810 (there is two theories as to where he was born - some say Tennessee and others say England). After marrying Lear, the family migrated through Missouri and settled in Texas. Where James died September 12, 1889 in Wise County Texas. He is buried at the Hyde Cemetery with his wife - Lear, Son-in-Law Joseph Bennett Barnes and several other family members. I was fortunate in 1980 to purchase a book compiled by a descendant of James and Lears' - Mrs. Crocker that explained some of the families trials and tribulations during the settlement in Texas; this is done through a diary kept by a daughter-in-law of the Youngbloods.

This is a photo of my great-grandmother - Bessie Louise (Raines) Weiesnbach. She was born in Iowa to Charles Henry Raines and Ida Lena Steinmetz. She married William Leory Weiesnbach in Iowa, in 1906. The family traveled to Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma; where William died in Tulsa during 1938. Bessie married three more times. Her last marriage was to Charles Nichols. They made their home in Joplin, Missouri until his death. Bessie's children then moved her to Tulsa, Oklahoma to be near them. In March 1981 Bessie died at the age of 94 years old in Tulsa.

William Calvin Barnes born in Texas. Was an ordained minister of the Gospel. Lived in Wise County Texas where he married Susan Narcissus Robinson. Moved to Oklahoma after 1900 where he died in Stroud (Lincoln County) Oklahoma.
