Buddy had a pretty diverse work history. After high school he worked as a carpenter until a fall broke his leg. He later became a mechanic and eventually owned his own Texaco service station. After selling his business he began working for the City of Austin first servicing city vehicles and later becoming a Senior City Manager of his department until his retirement. Buddy is outgoing with a great sense of humor and loves most sports. He continues to root for the Dallas Cowboys and the University of Texas Longhorns. He plays golf and enjoys a game of dominoes and tending his home garden.

He has a sister Dorothy Lorraine (Pantermuehl) Milner. Hilger Pantermuehl married Eloise (Downer) Pantermuehl on August 18, 1978 in Travis County, TX.
Dorothy Lorraine (Pantermuehl) Milner of 2012 Mimosa Trl, in Round Rock, Texas United States was born on June 19, 1938 in Fredericksburg to Hilger Pantermuehl. She had a brother Hilger B. Pantermuehl. Dorothy Milner died at age 74 years old on February 19, 2013 in Round Rock.
Dorothy was my paternal Aunt. She had one son. Terry Duane Milner who served in the US Navy until he retired. Her mother was Dora Danz Pantermuehl of Fredericksburg TX. Her father was Hilger Pantermuehl. She had one younger brother Hilger Benno Pantermuehl.
Dorothy moved to San Antonio, Texas after her divorce and later moved to Austin Tx. She was a Credit Manager for a high end men’s clothing store Merritt Schaefer and Brown. Dorothy loved Football, crossword puzzles and cooking for her family.
