Richard Arthur Peters Sr of Oakland, Pottawattamie County, Iowa was born on March 3, 1935 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan United States. He was married to Carolan Mizer on July 13, 1963 in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa, and they were together until Richard's death on October 27, 1974. He had children Nancy Peters, Richard Arthur Peters Jr, and Zerelda Elizabeth Peters. Richard Peters Sr was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha, Douglas County, NE.
