William Stewart Neill, Jr. born September 18, 1920 in Pennsylvania, to William Stewart Neill, Sr. and Jessie (Brown) Neill, died September 1969, age 49 in Arizona. His siblings: Elizabeth Neill, Isabel Neill; Jessie Neill, Ethel Neill; and George Neill. William Stewart Neill, Sr., born about 1887 in Dunipace, Stirlingshire, Scotland, and Jessie (Brown) Neill, born about 1887 in Larbert, Stirlingshire, Scotland, lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their children: Elizabeth Neill, born about 1910 in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; Isabel Neill, born about 1912 in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; Jessie Neill, born about 1913 in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Ethel Neill and George Neill. The Neill family moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before 1930. In Scotland the Neill family surname was McNeill or Mac Neill.
Amzier Rainwater was born June 6, 1940 in Eleven point, Randolph County, Arkansas. His parents were Earl Rainwater, died June 24, 1987, and Martha Ada Holloway, died August 15, 1969. Amzier had eight brothers: William "Bill" Rainwater; Richard Rainwater; Charlie Rainwater; John Rainwater; Clarence Rainwater; David Rainwater; Phillip Rainwater; and Ronnie Rainwater. Amzier had four sisters: Virginia; Geneva; Clara Berthenia; and Doris Ann. In 1941, Amzier's family moved to Route one, Walnut Ridge, where his dad farmed cotton, corn, beans and rice. In 1962, his family moved to Pocahontas. On October 16, 1964, Amzier married Linda Barnett, and they moved to Rochelle, Illinois. In Rochelle they had three children: Joseph, Shelia, and Greg. In 1973, the family moved to Maynard, Arkansas. A fourth child, Mark was born in Pocahontas in 1975. On June 21, 1986, Amzier's oldest child, Joseph married Leah Hennings. Joe and Leah have one child, Charlotte Rainwater, born June 9, 1969. They live on Elgin Air Force Base in Florida. Amzier's daughter, Shelia, married Mike Rains, on September 27, 1986. Shelia and Mike live in Monmouth, Illinois. Greg Rainwater works at the elementary school in Maynard, Arkansas, where Mark Rainwater attend school.
