Anne Louise (Barkauskas) Timinskas of Lackawanna United States was born on September 4, 1911 in Meshoppen, PA. Anne Timinskas was married to Peter P. Timinskas, and died at age 78 years old on January 2, 1990 in Scranton.
My name is Charles Dean. I am the grandson of Louise Reina, (nee Timinskas) and Anne Timinskas was my maternal Great Grandmother. I have always been fascinated about genealogy and I would relish hearing about my Grandmother's life growing up in Scranton, and visiting the cottage at Lake Winola, therefore I figured I would share my Great-Grandmother's story on this website.

Peter was a good provider and his biggest passion was his family. He was a devoted son, husband, father, brother, and grandfather. In his later years, he looked forward to visits from his grandkids and installed in them a strong work ethic and the importance of a good education. Fluent in Lithuanian, he had an amazing memory, learned quickly. and was very strong.
