Shep Fields and his Band play Reo Texas
Shep Fields was a "Big Band" leader. This was taken at the Reo Palme Isle Club in Longview, Texas about 1954. My grandmother, Odessa Sparks took the photo. "Big Band" music was still very popular and his band had many hits.

Family looks like of Indian descent. But little boy in front looks like he has light hair. Father of family in back is hard to see. Looks like he was distracted by something at last moment.
Found this in grandmother's family photo album. Her father was Tom Stephens from Oklahoma/Texas. Her mother Eola Daniel also from Oklahoma/Texas. It isn't similar to any other picture in album. Notice man in back.
He might be a relative. I've asked all relatives to no avail.
