Clara was my great grandmother on my father's mother side. Grandma lived with us from the time I was 2 until around 6 or 7 years old then she went and lived back at Grandma dorothys house in Ferguson Rd. Ashland ky until she was put in a nursing home in Russel or raceland ky . She was a leg removed from gain green and lied when they went to remove her other leg. Grandma died when I was 7 years old . I think if her everyday. She in buried with our a headstone in rosehill cemetery. Boyd co ky out in the county by a big big tree on left side of hill . My miller family is buried across the walk way from her

Dorothy was my grandmother on my dad's side she had 5 children . My father was the oldest. My grandmother was single most of the time and she always worked hard and had 2 young girls still at home. My grandmother was a loving and caring woman. Always made sure to take us to church with her. She died in a nursing home in Ashland ky October 13 1994. I miss her everyday

He had siblings Dorothy h. (Whalen) grissom/ weasenforth and William p whalen jr. Robert Whalen died at age 33 years old on May 16, 1969 in Logan, Hocking County, OH, and was buried at Shawnee Cemetery in Lima, Allen County.
I remember Uncle Bobby always carried me around on his neck. Picking me up and throwing me in the air. I was three
I also remember the night my dad walked in and said that Bobby's car was found in lake vasucies. And he had drowned in his car. I remember going to the funeral.
Uncle Bobby was married to a black lady named rose with alit of children but none from him.
I don't know what ever happened to her or her children. Never saw them again.
I always missed my Uncle Bobby the rest of my years growing up and still so. He will 4/ever be in my heart and memory.
