Sarah "Sallie" Mabry
Sallie Mabry was the mother of my great-grandfather, Samuel Wright. Her first husband, Harvey Wright, was killed in the Civil War, date unknown with whom she had 3 sons: Samuel,John and Henry. She later married Daniel Mabry (Mayberry)around 1867 and had two sons, Joe Felix and Davis L. Mabry. They were all living in Union County, S.C. before Sallie and sons moved to Lamar County, TX. This is probably one of the last photos taken of Sallie, and I'm not certain of the date. She died in 1928.

Clark Twins
Amos & Turner Clark were the twin brothers of my gggrandfather James Washington Clark, who was killed in Richmond. Amos returned home and married his brother's wife and raised James' children along with 4 or 5 more by his brothers widow, Caroline. All 3 brothers fought together, and they were the sons of Samuel Thomas Clark & Susana Masters.
