Neil Clifford Rasband of 295 South 500 East, in Heber City, Wasatch County, Utah United States was born on August 27, 1925 at Heber City, Wasatch, Utah, United States to Erwin Giles Rasband and Della Elizabeth Moulton. He had a brother Earl William Rasband. He married Sarah VaLois Smith on June 25, 1947, and had children Eugene Clifford Rasband, Kenneth Neil Rasband, and Paul Brent Rasband. Neil Rasband died at age 51 years old on June 10, 1977 at Park City, Summit, Utah, United States.
