Emma Florence Ward Bolin
Emma Florence Ward was born c. 1888, and died in 1953 in Kentucky. She married John Wesley 'Wes' Bolin, and together they had five children: Elmer (who died in childhood), Orville, Alma, Hazel and James.

John Wesley Bolin
John Wesley 'Wes' Bolin was born January 20, 1338 in Kentucky, and died there on February 9, 1970. He owned a farm outside Ezel. He married Emma Florence Ward, and their children included Elmer (who died in childhood), Orville, Alma, Hazel and James.

Mattie Lee Hackney Cope Motley
Mattie Lee Hackney was born c. 1904 in Kentucky, and died there in 1943. Her first marriage was to Kelly B. Cope, who died in Oklahoma in 1927. They had one daughter, Eula Pearl Neil Cope. Mattie and Eula returned to Kentucky, and Mattie became a beautician. She later married Paul Motley, and they had two daughters, Jeanne (Jeannie) and Paula (Polly) Motley.

Kelly B. Cope
Kelly Cope was born November 29, 1886/1896 in Kentucky, and died in an oil well explosion in Oklahoma on April 15/16, 1927. He was a veteran of World War I.

John Wesley Bolin

Eula Pearl Neil Cope Bolin
Eula Cope was born March 24,1925 in Oklahoma. She and her mother moved to Kentucky after her father's death. A polio victim, she was awarded a scholarship to Transylvania College, where she is shown above. She married James W. Bolin in 1948, and had two children, Evelyn and Madelyn.

James Walter Bolin
Jim Bolin was born March 1, 1925 in Morgan Co., Kentucky, and died January 15, 1996 in Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio. A veteran of World War II, he served in the famed Texas Division, fighting his way from Sicily through Italy and France before being captured in the Black Forest of Germany. He served the rest of the war as a P.O.W. His awards included the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. After the war, he married Eula Cope, and had two daughters, Evelyn and Madelyn. He was a Standard Oil dealer for many years.

Kelly B. Cope
Kelly Cope was born November 29, 1886/1896 in Kentucky, and died in an oil well explosion in Oklahoma on April 15/16, 1927. He was a veteran of World War I.
