My name is James Seton Fairhurst, my Grandfather is James (Jim) Seton Fairhurst of Shaw Dene, Donnington Newbury Berkshire, England.. I only have memories from home video's and photo's. I was born in Edgewater, Florida USA April 16, 1993.. My father James Richard Fairhurst & My Mother Susan Haskins were invited by my Grandfather Jim Seton Fairhurst to his home called Shaw Dene in Donnington, Newbury, Berkshire England when I was around 6 months old.. I wish he were alive.. It is unfortunate he died of stomach cancer.. You see, My Grandfather James Seton Fairhurst left myself, his Wife of only 5 months Genevieve Elizabeth Bouloux (now Mrs. Graham Mather) & my Uncle Seton Ansell Fairhurst as Beneficiary's..I have copies of the Wills and the Will was changed 4 times in 3 weeks before my Grandfather died of Cancer.. I never did get any notification from any Solicitor in the U.K. My parents fought for my Birth Right Inheritance and could not seem to get anywhere after they discovered the Will many years later. Genevieve Mather never contacted my parents and the law firm SJ Berwin said they thought I was Seton Ansells son. The paper work was getting lost in England.. Then the three Executors of my Grandfather's Estate were forcefully removed per request & demanding of Genevieve Fairhurst (Mather) I have emails from the Solicitors confirming this.. Also admitting they suggested to her to Marry my Grandfather 5 months before be passed away for Death Tax purposes & Money.. What I do not understand, nor do the Lawyers in The United States. How she was able to appoint herself Full Executrix of my Grandfathers Estate? My Grandfather was betrayed by non family members.. I can only pray one day my Grandfather James Seton Fairhurst will have honor & respect once again.. I will see to it as he would want a Fairhurst /Wills family member would or my children.. We will fight until the end to get what is rightfully ours by our Birth Right.. I stand as a Man & as a strong Fairhurst so help me God..
