I have no idea when or were this photo was taken. However based on her dress it was sometime in the 1940's. Helen is the daughter of Elizabeth "Lizzie" McCloud and Richard Cascagnette. Richard died March 1925 in Detroit, Michgan at the age of 18. Photo may have been taken in Michigan in the Detroit area.
