She was my grandmother but she was an angel...She never said a curse word or anything negative or bad about anyone...Every birthday we always got a loving card and $20.00...She never missed any of her grandkids birthdays...She was so soft-spoken and full of love...

I remember my grandfather on our family dairy farm. He had huge hands that were monstrous...His fingers were so big he could not wear a wedding ring because it had to be custom-made, and his ring size was larger than a 20-ring size...I remember the horror stories about how his family was murdered by the Turks when he was 7 years old...My grandfather was born in Bethlehem Israel and because they were poor they moved into the Jewish settlements, and that is when his family along with many other Jewish people were murdered by the Turks...His mom helped him escape by hiding him in a straw wagon...I also learned a great deal from my grandfather before he passed...I learned that hard work will get you ahead in life and so will honesty and dedication...I don't remember a lot about my grandad but what I do remember I love...And I loved him...
