She served in the RHA (Residence Hall Association) for 2 years as Secretary/Treasurer and 1 year as NCC (Nationals Communication Coordinator) traveling to several local colleges as an advisor to implement comparative programs associated from those universities. After college she moved to Alta Loma, CA to start her career as Asst. Mgr at Spencer Gifts in which she spent 14 years ending her career as a Sr. Training Manager/Area Manager/ Project Manager working with Universal Studios, Dapy Stores, Glow Stores and Spirit Halloween. She became District Manager for Piercing Pagoda, later moved on to a traveling position across the US in Store Development opening new stores, remodels, relocations and expansions for Joann Fabrics and Family Dollar/Dollar Tree. Michelle left the retail world behind to focus on family and started a new challenging career in the Fastener industry with The LAB Material Testing/R & D Fasteners owned and operated by Alloy & Stainless Fasteners/Cavalier/Barstock as a Sales & Customer Service Manager. Michelle has 2 boys Justin & Brandon, 3 dogs - Fresno, Seymore and Betsy and several friends that she enjoys spending time with outside of work.
