George Washington Gray & Amanda (Mann) Gray: This is a photograph of a picture hanging on someone's wall. The version I have was not in very good shape. I did a lot of retouching in Photoshop. Notice there is another couple near the bottom. That picture was in front of the picture hanging on the wall as my snapshot version was taken. I don't know who the smaller couple is. If anyone has a more original version of this I will clean it up for them. George was born in Georga, Amanda was born in Virginia. I don't have birth dates.

They have a daughter named Sarah Emiline Gray who was born December 15, 1868, and died March 28, 1942.

Daniel Roland Perry was killed at Fort Fisher during the Civil War along with 3 other brothers.

This is Lillian Pearl Gray (Dolphin) Ervin, who was formerly married to John Dolphin of Wisc. She later married Frank Earl Ervin and she went missing around 1939 or 1940. She was my grandmother and this is the only picture I was left, of her. She worked at Hotel Banning, CA from 1923-1939. She was born in 1895 to Robert J. and Mary E. Gray of Isle of Wight, VA. Her siblings were John, Bruce and May Gray. Please contact me if you know anything about Pearl or her family.
