I've been searching for many years for information/records of Glen's first marriage to Helen, who was aged 16 at the time of that marriage, and whether it ended with a divorce/annulment/etc.
I found some information on the marriage, but so far nothing found as to the dissolution of the marriage.
Glen married Helen after a car accident in which she was quite seriously injured, nearly losing her leg, even her life. She was still hospitalized at the time of the marriage. When Dr.s determined she would live and likely not lose her leg, Glen told her he wanted to end the marriage to marry another woman, whom he said was pregnant with his child, but records seem to proven that unlikely, as his 2nd marriage did not result in a child in time for that to have been true. (He seemingly simply wanted out of the marriage.) I'd like to know when the first marriage ended, and by what process.. for family history.
He was in a sailor uniform, and Helen wore a sailor-style dress for the marriage, which was performed by civil ceremony. His hair appeared to be carroty red, and his smile was "gummy"(lots of gum showing). Helen was lovely with thick, wavy, dark hair worn just past her shoulders. Has anyone seen these photos, or perhaps have others that they might share?
As I have been unable to log into my email for the last several months, a reply on this post would suffice, if anybody can provide a divorce date and dissolution type. I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks much.

Glen Reppert of Frankfort, Clinton County, IN was born on December 12, 1923, and died at age 74 years old on August 1, 1998.
