Robert Freck Pegg was the son of Charles Harold Pegg, Sr. and Mildred Roberts (Freck) Pegg. His family moved from Ohio to Coraopolis, Allegheny, PA, USA, according to the 1930 US Census records. He married Erla Virginia Scharpf in Hancock, WV, USA in 1939.. They were blessed with a daughter, Jill Virginia Pegg, who was born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny, PA, USA on July 30 1941.
Mildred Roberts (Frack) Pegg was the daughter of David Morris Frack and Margaret Ann Roberts. She married Charles Harold Pegg, Sr. on September 20, 1918, in Montgomery, Alabama, USA. They were blessed with two sons, Robert Frack Pegg and Charles Harold Pegg, Jr. In 1920 Mildred served as an elementary school teacher in Weathersfield, Trumbull County, Ohio. USA. At age 35, in 1930, her family had moved to Coraopolis, Allegheny, PA. according to the Census records.
Charles Harold Pegg, Sr. worked at the Coke Plant as a laborer at age 26 in 1920, but became the assistant superintendent by age 36 in 1930. In 1940, at age 36, he had been promoted to Superintendent. His parents were John thompson Pegg and Margaret Anne Thornier. He married Mildred Roberts Frack on September 20, 1918, in Montgomery, Alabama. The couple was blessed with two sons, Robert Frack Pegg and Charles Harold Pegg, Jr.
Julia Mary (Moore) Pegg was the daughter of Lawrence Ellwood Moore and Harriet Jane (Smith) Moore. She married Chales Harold Pegg, Jr. on November 1, 1952, in Fulton County, Lancaster County, PA, following her graduation from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

He had children Deborah (Pegg) Herrington, Joann Patricia (Pegg) Cato, and Elizabeth Susan (Pegg) Hyde. Charles Pegg was buried at Houston National Cemetery Section L Site 2957 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, in Houston.
