Brother Of Jerusha?
Is this a brother of Jerusha? The furniture is identical to that in the picture of the supposed mother, Elizabeth, and the picture of young Jerusha.It was taken at the same place, probably on the same day. This could be her brother George, born 1847, last name Brazle or Brazel.

My intuition tells me that this might be Jerusha's husband, William B. Williams, born 1854 in SW Wisconsin, died 1899 in Jasper Co Mo. Or, it could be Jerusha's brother-in-law Jacob Warriner who was married to Jerusha's sister Bett. The Warriners lived down in Benton Co AK.

Unidentified young woman, maybe a sister. Jerusha's sisters were Sarena b 1845, Elizabeth b 1849 and Clarissa J b 1853
Brothers of Jerusha?
These two young men might also be brothers to Jerusha Brazle or Brazel. We know that her brothers George and Robert moved to Colorado soon after their father died in 1872. The both eventually ended up in Arizona. Could these be the two brothers?

Is this George Brazle?
Is this Jerusha's father, George Brazle or Brazel, born 15 Aug 1812, IL, died 15 Sept 1869 in Wilson Co KS? George was in the Wisconsin Infantry, and this frame has a military motif embossed on it. There is also written "my scarf" on the side of the frame.

Is this Jerusha's mother, Elizabeth, born 1825, died 1867 in Kansas? Possibly it is an older sister. The background and furniture are identical to that in the picture of young Jerusha and the picture of the next tintype of a possible brother.
My grgrandmother, Jerusha Angeline
This is a tin-type of my great grandmother Jerusha Angeline Brazel (Brazle)Williams. She was born in SW Wisconsin in 1854, child of George Brazel and Elizabeth. It was Jerusha who kept all the tintypes that I will include in this site. We know for certain that this is Jerusha because her name was written on the back of the frame. Jerusha married William B Williams in 1876 after living with her family in Wilson Co Kansas for ten years. William and Jerush raised a family around the Joplin Mo area. This picture was probably taken in the 1870s.
