Billy Andrew Stiff, 93, passed away in Arlington, Washington, on June 20, 2014. Billy was born on June 7, 1921, to Charles and Laura Stiff in Long Beach, California. He went to school in Long Beach and graduated from high school in 1939 before serving his country in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1946.
