Harold McDowell Ballard of 2889 Highland Drive, in Lincolnton, Lincoln County, NC was born on March 20, 1930 in River Bend, and died at age 79 years old on March 21, 2009 at Hospice in Newton NC. Harold Ballard was buried in 2009 at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church 6815 NC-150, in Maiden.
