He would also marry Regina Latham on October 7, 1995 in Hazleton, Buchanan County United States and they later divorced on May 13, 1998 in West Union, Fayette County United States. They had a child Brandon Latham. Jeremy Latham died at age 27 years old on December 12, 2003, and was buried circa December 18, 2003 at Woodlawn Cemetery Unnamed Road, in Oelwein, Fayette County.
