Purvis and Good families. My parents Harold Douglas Purvis was Born (1914) in or around Saint Johns, Michigan all though him and brothers and sisters were split up and raised in many states when his mom died young. My mother Geneva May (Good) Purvis was born (1925) in Owosso, Michigan.

I haven't shared details about my family.

I found this photo in old pictures of my parents anyone know who it might be thinking a Purvis or Good as mom and dads surnames. Although this photo was taken in Aurora, Illinois my Mom was a Good from Owosso, Michigan and Dad was a Purvis from Saint Johns, Michigan Anyone recognize photo or any info here?

Unknown Lesher Family
This is supposed to be a photo of my husbands grandparents and family. My husband father is the boy standing in back next to his father. My husband father, Holly Forest Lesher/Lusher, moved his family from WV to MI in 1954 , my husband Holly Lesher Jr. and his brothers and sisters never knew anything about his dads family except this picture is marked Holly Forest Lesher Parents. Any one recognize them?

My sister Karen found this picture does anyone know the history of the picture and the people in it, to me the 4th person in from right side in second row appears to be my Aunt Blanche Purvis. .The back of picture says all the staff, except 9 who were off. Taken at Niagra Falls, Mi. by Robert E. Benjamin does not have a year but would guess in 40's. Thank you Rose

Mary Alice (Smith-Wesner) Purvis about 1912. Mary last name was Smith but married under Wesner as her foster father some how signed for her marriage at 16. Have article from paper in 1913 about this dont know if they had to remarry on not.
