2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

I met Joseph in the basement of the residence belonging to that of one of mine neighbors, Michael, his name just happened to be.... Jeremiah... This occurred in the shire , r county, of Grant, around the year 2005. Joseph was loved and adored by many, and his absence here today causes a great emotional ripples which we feel intensely, even all these years later, in the lives of those whom he had a profound impact in so many ways.
Enderingly Debonair..., as always, Joseph... Mmmhmm.... Yes.... Quite.
Forever in the heart, God Keeps a place for you, like heaven.
Your friend,
Meghann.

Nettie M. Jefferson Strother was greatly beloved by many, including the families she worked with and children she helped raise. Survived by a sister and nieces. Loved fashion, decorated her fastidiously kept home in bright cheerful colors, enthusiastic fan of Portland Wrestling, dedicated member of her Portland Baptist church, dedicated student of the Bible, strong independent thinker, and was a stern but loving taskmaster with the children and adults in her life, holding all to a high standard. Moved to Portland from Chicago, Illinois to be with her sister after the death of her second husband. Born and raised in MIssouri. Married and widowed twice. Two children, died as children. Strother was the name of her 2nd husband, who was not the father of her children.
