This pastel portrait of William Jefferson Sisney was found in the attic of one of his granddaughters. It is still in the frame but this picture was taken without the frame. There was no date, estimate to be in the 1890's.

Elzie Sisney
Elzie Sisney 1924-2005. Born @ Cotter, Baxter County, AR. Raised around Coweta and Broken Arrow, OK. Died VA Hospital, Claremore, OK. US Naval SeaBee during WWII. Not sure exactly where the photo was taken or exact date.
