Shawn Crosby was born on February 13, 1972 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania United States. Shawn was baptized at Epiphany Catholic Church 184 Washington Pl, in Pittsburgh. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Shawn Crosby.
Dayne Crosby, 71, of Monessen was surrounded by his family when he went to be with his Lord Nov. 24, 2015. Dayne was born July 16, 1944, in New Eagle, to Richard and Eloise (Harmon) Crosby. Dayne graduated from Monessen High School, with the Class of 1963. On Dec. 3, 1977, Dayne married Joan DeBerardinis of Donora. Together they raised two sons, Shawn and Chad. Dayne worked at the Combustion Engineering Plant in East Monongahela, Olan Mills Inc. as a photographer and manager, and he proudly served his country in the Army National Guard. Dayne is survived by his wife, Joan; two sons, Shawn (Terra) and Chad (Fernanda); three grandchildren, Carra, Cailey and Samuel; sister-in-law, Marianne; and nephew, Nathan. Dayne has been reunited with those who passed before him including his parents, Richard and Eloise; and brother, Richard. Dayne's larger than life personality, infectious sense of humor and passion for cooking, photography and music will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.
Arrangements are being handled by the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., Family Owned and Operated as a Member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where family and friends will be received Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015, followed by a 1 p.m. funeral Mass at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church in Monessen. Interment will be at the Belle Vernon Cemetery. -
Richard J Crosby of Monessen, Westmoreland County, PA was born on May 23, 1904 in Salem, Harrison County, West Virginia United States, and was the father of Dayne Crosby. Richard Crosby died at age 87 years old on April 29, 1992 at Mon Valley Hospital Mon Valley Hospital Rd, in Monongahela, Washington County, PA.
