this is my great, great grandmother Ida Wood, who married John Ira Thompson. their daughter, Julia Jeanette Thompson is the mother of Ida Oden, which is my dad's mother. Julia's husband was named Alfred Oden. They resided in Talladega alabama.
Myrtle Shelton
this is my great great grandmother Myrtle, who married Albert Shelton. their son Ben shelton is my mother's, mother's father. I'm not sure of myrtle's maiden name. i know she was born in arkansas and moved to shreveport LA where she was married to albert. she is believed to be cherokee indian and albert was black.
