I'm not sure when this picture was taken. If I had to guess I would say maybe the late 1970's or early 1980's.
This is Alma's 3rd and final husband. Alma had no children with Bill, but she did have 4 children. 2 with her first husband a man last name patterson, and 2 with her second husband r.a. bass.
