This photo is one of several my mother was given years ago ,but does not know who they are ,this one could be my great-grandmother as she looks very much like my mother.My grandfather Ernest Augustus Martens born 1860 in Hamburgh Germany ,came to England and married my grandmother Fanny Pettengale in 1891 at Battersea ,London,because he married an english lady his family disowned him[that is what was told],if anyone can recognize or can see any resemblance in ther family i would love to hear from you regards May
