About me:
My names Angela Underwood, single and currently living in West Haven, CT. I've been researching my family history since 1998 and let me tell you, it hasn't been easy tracking my people. Most of my search is centered in the following areas: Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio are my areas of interest. The names are: Underwood/Goodwin/Rouse/Ivey/Ivory/Youngblood-from the Jefferson/Pike and Bullock Counties areas in Alabama. The Raines/Parks/Williams-from the Griffin, GA(Spalding County). The Canada/Loggins-from the Lodi, MS areas. I've gathered alot of info on my family already, but still have a long ways to go before I'm finished and alot of brick walls to tear down. If there is anyone else doing research on the surnames listed in my message, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks in advanced for your time.

My Grandfather
This is a picture of my mom's dad Edward Canada; who is the son of Charlie Canada and Mattie Loggins. Mattie Loggins was the daughter of Dutch & Leni Loggins. This family probably came from either the North/South Carolina before coming into the Mississippi and Georgia areas.

Taken of my great grandma Jimmie Glenn Goodwin(Shackleford) tombstone, while on a research trip to Alabama. There is also a church called the "Old Sardis Baptist Church" associated with the cemetery.
