Emily Victoria (Dubber) Hay of Richmond Australia was born in 1886 in Sale, Wellington Shire County, VIC to Emily Varney Dubber and Frederick Charles Dubber. She had siblings Joseph Samuel Dubber, Wallace Dubber, Alfred Dubber, Jessie Esther Dubber, Louisa Parker Dubber, Ethel (Dubber) Davies, Frederick John Dubber, Lydia (Dubber) Ennor, and Sarah Clara (Dubber) Prince. She married David Hay in 1908, and had children Alma Jean Hay and David Hay. Emily Hay died at age 81 years old in 1967 in Richmond, City of Yarra County.
