He had siblings Joseph Samuel Dubber, Wallace Dubber, Alfred Dubber, Jessie Esther Dubber, Louisa Parker Dubber, Ethel (Dubber) Davies, Lydia (Dubber) Ennor, Emily Victoria (Dubber) Hay, and Sarah Clara (Dubber) Prince. Frederick Dubber married Elizabeth Smythe Hogan in 1910, and died at age 73 years old in 1942 in Prahran.
